AirAsia website new feature-locate lowest fare dates

Air Asia website has introduced a new useful feature on its website. Website now shows any adjacent onward and return dates on which the fare could be cheaper.

Notice the top row in below image.

This is useful for those who are flexible with dates- now they don't have to manually scramble for different dates trying to locate cheapest return tickets- the website will do it for you.

AirAsia already shows a fare right inside date picker calendar and rates on adjacent dates- this new feature is on top of existing ones.

However I suspect this feature will be suspended during Big Sale or other deep discount sales. Let us see.

This is not industry first- many airlines- like Srilankan do show a monthly calendar showing cheapest fares.

While this is a welcome feature, the previous concern of deliberately complicated cancellation process hasn't been improved yet by Air Asia
